Dum Dum Girls Bow Tie!
Just got a custom made Dum Dum Girls inspired bow tie from Jen. It fits perfectly and the detail is yummy. This is the second one she made me as I gave the last one to Dee Dee when she signed my sketchbook (thank you Jen!)
Oh yeah, so don’t be a dummy and go plague her with requests now! Go on then - Here’s her Etsy. she’s got similarly beautiful hand-mades from recycled fabrics for you there.
Dee Dee of Dum Dum Girls
Tired now, and it was an awful day at work today so I played around with that ink drawing in my sketchbook of Dee Dee. Thanks for that circle of roses idea Jen.
Dee Dee signed my drawing! Here’s a cute note Jen wrote to them when we didn’t think we were going to get to meet them. We thought of handing my sketchbook and Hat’s card over to the bouncer to give to them to sign. Dum Dum Girls were lovely!

The venue and sound was not so good, however they had presence and I felt their charisma. They sang Coming Down at the end, a song that really highlights Dee Dee’s voice. I got to meet them and asked Dee Dee to sign that sketch I did of her. I gave her a bow-tie in return (home-made by Silentpunk of course). Poor Hat couldn’t come with us, get well soon :(
